All Hire payments are non refundable under any circumstances
There are surcharges for late returns.
Prices are quoted for 4 inclusive days e.g. Friday - Monday.
There will be a £10 surcharge for the hire of any kilt, wiast size 42" and over, and for any jakect chest size 50" and over.
If you prearrange extended hires the cost is 10% a day.
If you have not prearranged and paid for an extended hire the charge is 20% of the total hire cost per day.
Prices include VAT and Dry Cleaning, but you the customer are responsible for loss or damage, a charge 5 times the cost of any lost, stolen or damaged goods will be charges from your refundable deposit.
A Refundable Deposit must be paid before the goods leave the shop. A cash deposit of £400 is required when hiring Highland Wear Packages.
This is refunded when the goods are returned. Alternatively you may leaver a debit or credit card detail which we will hold on file as our security. We may charge your card for £400 when hiring packages. This will be refunded as the goods are returned.
Individual hire costs must be paid in full at the time of the at the time of booking.
Group hire costs paid by one person may be partially paid as follows: 50% at time of booking and 50% halfway between the time of booking and the collection date.
You the Customer authorise us to take payment for any cost arising from contravention of these Terms and Conditions
Whilst every effort is made to provide the correct sized clothes we cannot be responsible for sizes provided by customers.
Category 1,2 and 3 Tartans are generally available from stock, please allow 6 - 9 weeks notice for category 4 Tartans.
